about the artists

Mary Flanagan (Fang Qing Ting)
is an interactive artist whose interests lie at the
intersection of art and science. She has been working with interactive media and digital technology since the 1980s, with a particular focus on netart and installation. [http://www.maryflanagan.com]
(Joyce) Wu Fu Che and (Murphy) Ho Chien Chang
are both computer scientists working in the Communication and Multimedia Laboratory at National Taiwan University, Taipei. Murphy Ho works on mobile computing and wireless lan system design; Joyce Wu is developing the system used for this project, which uses simply digital video images of the human face to render full 3D head models.
